Marcie Zink masterfully handled the sale of my house from start to finish. After reviewing my home, she offered numerous suggestions on showing its full potential. I acted on her suggestions and she was very supportive at each endeavor. For the buyers' requests, she was there to secure the right workers for each job and was constantly in contact. We had agreed on the asking price. The house sold for full price, and we had a ratified contract in 3 days! Total consult time to sale was approximately 1 month. I am exceptionally pleased with her services, comprehensive experience, and willingness to always be available by text, phone and email. Marcie was such a pleasure to work with, and I would highly recommend her to others who are searching for realtors that truly care about their work ethic.

Marci did a great job. She addressed all of my needs and concerns immediately.My buyer scheduled an appointment and ended up not even coming to look because my unit was in the front of the building and there was some concern about the view. She called the agent and asked her to come take a look and then decide if the client should reschedule. The buyers agent suggested the buyer come back and she ended up putting in a contract. Marcie making that call was very instrumental in making the deal happen.I would recommend Marcie to anyone looking to sell their property.

Marcie was absolutely wonderful! She helped my husband and I find the perfect home. Throughout the whole process, Marcie was attentive, thoughtful, thorough, and a great listener. She actively listened to what we liked/did not like about the homes we saw and adjusted her searches accordingly.
